Digital solutions
Buyers want to know what is happening with their future home.
A dedicated portal in which the buyer follows the construction stages, receives notifications, accesses documents and selections, and communicates with the responsible people, from reservation to handover and beyond.
A buyer portal is a secure online space in which the buyer of a new-build home follows the construction stages, photographs, documents, payment milestones, fit-out selections and appointments, and communicates with the developer. The developer publishes once for everyone; each buyer sees their own.
01
After signing, the waiting begins
Once a buyer reserves or purchases an apartment in a new development, construction continues for months or years. During that time the same questions keep coming: How is the project progressing? Which stage is under way? Are there new photos? Has the handover date changed? The sales team answers each buyer individually, by phone and email.
02
One place for all information
ARHIX develops a buyer portal: the developer receives an admin environment in which it publishes approved information about construction progress, and buyers have their own secure access. At each stage the developer can publish a description of the work, photographs, video, drone footage, upcoming activities and documentation; the system notifies buyers according to agreed rules.
In the personalised area, the buyer sees the details of their apartment, floor plans, agreed specifications, approved documents, payment milestones, fit-out selections, meeting and handover appointments. The portal becomes the digital hub for communication between developer and buyer, even after handover, for defect claims and warranty matters.

How does a buyer portal work?
- 01
The developer's admin environment
Publication of construction stages with descriptions, photographs, video and documents; notification rules.
- 02
The buyer's personal area
Login, unit details, floor plans, specifications, documents, milestones, fit-out selections, appointments.
- 03
Communication and continuity
Notifications for new updates, questions to the responsible person; after handover, the same portal for defect claims and warranties.
