What the demo shows
The demonstration project is based on a typical apartment building. It includes an interactive building model with floor and apartment selection, unit data, an interactive 3D floor plan and a free 3D walkthrough of the selected apartment. It is a demonstration of the technology; the unit data and prices are illustrative.

Live presentation
We complement the public demo with a live presentation tailored to your project: we show how the technology would work on your units, which modules make sense to include and how delivery works. The presentation takes around 30 minutes, remotely or in person.
Technical requirements
The demo runs in modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktops, tablets and phones. For the best experience we recommend a larger screen and a stable connection. No installation is required.
How the demo differs from a 360° tour
In a 360° tour you turn on the spot at predefined points. In the ARHIX demo you move freely through the model of the apartment: step into the kitchen, up to the window or out onto the balcony and check the proportions of the rooms yourself. That is precisely the difference buyers notice most in off-plan sales.
What happens after the demo
If the technology suits your project, we review the documentation (3D model or drawings, list of units) and prepare a tailored proposal: which modules to include, in which phases and on what timeline. The first presentation is without obligation.
