Which data and why

We process personal data in the following cases:

• Contact form and enquiries: full name, company, email, phone (optional), project details and the content of the message, in order to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quote and continue the business communication (legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interest).
• Technical data during a visit: IP address, browser and device type, time of access, in order to keep the website secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).
• Language preference: a cookie or local storage entry holding your manually selected language (necessary for the operation of the chosen feature).
• Analytics: only if enabled and in accordance with the cookie policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as the business communication lasts and for no more than three years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention or a contract is concluded. Technical log records are kept for the limited time needed to ensure security.

Processors and transfers

To operate the website and send email we use hosting and email service providers, which process data according to our instructions and on the basis of data processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. Send your request to info@epix.si.
