Why ARHIX
Property projects today are sold before they are built. Buyers need to understand what they are buying, and conventional floor plans and static visualisations are often not enough. ARHIX lets the buyer explore the apartment in a digital environment before construction begins or ends.
3D technology is our core product and the reason developers come to us. How we work
We do not offer a one-size-fits-all product that suits every project without adaptation. We offer a modular approach: the scope evolves with actual needs. A developer can start with a 3D presentation, later add an AI assistant, then a buyer portal, an application for digital handover reports before completion and a defect-claims system after handover. Each solution has its own purpose, scope and value.
We judge success by the actual goals and measurable results of each project: the number of relevant enquiries, the time spent handling buyers, the use of digital viewings, the reduction in manual tasks and user satisfaction. We do not promise automatically higher sales or a predetermined financial return.
