Who it is for

Get to know your future home before it is built.

Buying an apartment in a new development? If the project uses ARHIX technology, you can explore the building yourself: view the building, choose a floor and an apartment, check the floor plan and walk through the rooms.

In short

As the buyer of an apartment in a new development that uses ARHIX technology, you can explore the building in your browser, choose a floor and an apartment, check the interactive floor plan and walk freely through the rooms, before the building exists. Sales, prices and reservations are handled by the developer or the authorised sales agent.

01

Deciding on a home from a floor plan

Buying an apartment in a new development is one of the biggest decisions made without a viewing. A floor plan tells you where the walls are, but not how big the living room really is, how it connects to the kitchen or what you will see from the bedroom window.

02

Explore on your own, at your own pace

On the project website you open the interactive model of the building, rotate it and choose a floor and an apartment. You review the key details and the interactive 3D floor plan, then step into a true 3D model of the apartment and move freely through the rooms: from the hallway to the kitchen, to the window, out onto the balcony. You check availability, where included, and send an enquiry for that specific apartment.

Everything runs in the web browser on a desktop, tablet or phone, with no app to install. After reserving, on projects with a buyer portal you can follow construction progress, documents and fit-out selections in one place.

Good to know

Who sells the apartment?

ARHIX provides the technology. Sales, prices, terms and reservations are handled by the developer or the authorised sales agent for the project.

How accurate is the 3D model?

The model is based on the design documentation. Furnishings and materials may be shown for illustration; the binding specifications are in the contract with the seller.

Where do I find the 3D viewing?

On the website of the project that uses ARHIX technology. If you cannot find it, ask the project’s sales team.

As a rule, ARHIX provides the technology. The actual sale of the property is handled by the relevant developer or seller, who is also the only source of binding information on prices, terms and specifications.
