3D technology

The whole project in one place. Every apartment one click away.

An interactive 3D model of a building or development in which the buyer rotates the building, chooses a floor, clicks an apartment and continues to its floor plan and 3D walkthrough.

In short

An interactive 3D building model is a web-based display of a whole building or development in which the buyer rotates the building, chooses a floor and clicks an apartment. Every unit is connected to its data (floor area, rooms, status), its floor plan and, where prepared, a free-movement 3D walkthrough.

01

A list of apartments is not a presentation of the project

Most new-build sales pages offer the buyer a table: number, floor, m², price, status. The buyer cannot see where in the building the unit is, which way it faces, what is above it and what is below. The sales team explains this over the phone, again and again.

For larger projects with several buildings and dozens of units, this approach becomes unmanageable, for the buyer and for sales.

02

Visual apartment selection instead of a table

ARHIX builds an interactive 3D model of the whole building or development. The buyer first views the project as a whole, rotates it and changes perspective. They then choose a floor, select a specific unit on it and open its presentation: data, an interactive 3D floor plan, photographs or renders, availability and an enquiry form.

The model is connected to the unit data, so status, floor areas and other information are always up to date. The buyer does not read a list; they actively explore the project.

03

How does an interactive building model work?

  1. 01

    The whole project in 3D

One or more buildings in a web-based 3D display with rotation, views and orientation; the buyer immediately sees where the unit sits within the project.

  2. 02

    Floor and unit selection

Clicking a floor highlights every unit on it; clicking a unit opens its page: data, floor plan, photographs or renders, availability.

  3. 03

    Data and enquiry

Your team edits statuses and data in the admin interface or via the CRM; each enquiry is tied to a specific unit.

Frequently asked questions

Can we edit unit statuses ourselves?

Yes. The admin interface lets you edit data and statuses; by agreement, they can be synchronised with your CRM or another system.

What if the project has several phases?

The model can show the phases separately or together; units in future phases can be marked as "coming soon".

Is the model connected to the 3D walkthrough?

Yes. From the selected unit, the buyer continues to the interactive floor plan and the free 3D walkthrough, where these have been prepared.

Send us details of the building and the number of units. We will propose how to present it to buyers.
