Finishes and fittings chosen in one place, without email chains.

A digital configurator shows the buyer the agreed options for finishes and fittings, records their selections and any surcharges, and passes them to the sales and delivery teams, optionally within the interactive 3D space as well.

In short

An apartment configurator is an online tool in which the buyer chooses between the agreed options for finishes and fittings (flooring, tiles, doors, colours), sees any surcharges and confirms their selection; the developer receives a clear record. With suitable models, the selections are also displayed in the 3D space.

01

Selections by email, spreadsheet and phone

In many new developments, the buyer chooses between finishes: flooring, tiles, doors, bathroom fittings, kitchen elements. When those choices are made over email and across several documents, communication quickly becomes unmanageable and mistakes become expensive, for the buyer and the contractor alike.

02

Structured selection with confirmation

ARHIX develops a configurator tailored to the project's offering. The buyer sees the agreed options by category, any surcharges and a final summary. They confirm their selections, and the system saves the change history and forwards it to the responsible people. If suitable 3D models and materials are prepared, certain choices, such as flooring or colour combinations, can also be displayed in the interactive space of the apartment.

The goal is to make the decision easier for the buyer and to give the developer a clearer record of confirmed selections. The configurator is a custom implementation; its scope depends on what the project offers.

03

How does an apartment configurator work?

  1. 01

    Agreed options

The developer defines the categories, options and surcharges; we enter them in the configurator with images, descriptions and, optionally, 3D materials.

  2. 02

    Selection and confirmation

The buyer chooses a combination by category, reviews the summary and surcharges and confirms their selection by the agreed deadline.

  3. 03

    Record and handover

The confirmed selections, with their change history, go to the sales and delivery teams and, by agreement, to other systems.
