Generic solutions don't adapt to the project
Developers and agencies often work with a mix of spreadsheets, generic CRMs and email. Every new project brings the same needs for presentation, communication, documentation and handover, but each time in a different tool. The result is a lot of manual data transfer and very little overview.

Bespoke development, modular and long-term
ARHIX (EPIX GROUP) develops applications that adapt to the way the client actually works: unit and sales data management, a shared dashboard for several projects, applications for the digital handover of a property (appointments, reports, photographs, documentation), portals for defect claims and warranty matters, and internal tools for agents and teams.
We do not build one large application that is supposed to solve everything. It is often better to develop standalone products step by step, connecting them into a single system where needed so they grow with the business. We apply the same expertise to applications outside property: business portals, booking systems, dashboards and integrations.
