Who it is for
We turn architectural ideas into interactive digital experiences.
Architecture is more than a floor plan or a static render: it is spatial design, movement, light and proportion. ARHIX helps architecture practices present these qualities interactively, to developers, decision-makers and buyers.
For architectural practices, ARHIX converts properly prepared architectural models (BIM/IFC, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp …) into interactive web-based 3D environments: virtual exploration of the interiors, an interactive exterior and online project showcases. The practice offers more; ARHIX delivers the technology.
01
A design that only specialists understand
The practice designs the space with care, but the developer and the buyers see a floor plan and a few renders. The quality of the spatial design, the transitions, views and light, goes unnoticed because it cannot be experienced. At the same time, the practice has neither the time nor the tools to develop web-based 3D presentations itself.
02
Your model, our technical delivery
The practice prepares or provides the project materials. ARHIX checks their technical suitability and proposes a form of digital presentation. By agreement, we prepare the optimised 3D environment, the user interface and the web display: virtual exploration of the interiors, an interactive exterior presentation, online showcases of architectural projects, models connected to unit data, additional visualisations, promotional animations and video.
A key advantage: the architect can offer the developer additional value, while ARHIX takes care of the technical development and delivery. If the developer later needs a sales platform, AI or CRM, we expand the collaboration.
03
How does working with an architectural practice proceed?
- 01
Model review
The practice provides the project materials; we check their technical suitability and propose a form of digital presentation.
- 02
Optimisation and interface
We prepare a web-optimised 3D environment, the user interface and the display; the design stays true to the project.
- 03
Presentation and beyond
An interactive presentation for the developer or a competition; if the developer later needs a sales platform, we expand the collaboration.
04
What we offer practices
Model conversion
Properly prepared architectural models (BIM/IFC, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp …) turned into web-based 3D environments.
Virtual exploration of interiors
A free walkthrough of the interior, with views, light and proportions.
Interactive exterior
A model of the building with rotation, context and day/night views.
Online project showcases
Presentation pages for projects, competitions and your portfolio.
Visualisations and animations
Additional visualisations, promotional animations, video presentations.
Data connection
A model connected to unit data: the basis for the developer's sales platform.
05
What the core delivery includes
- Conversion of the model into a web-based 3D environment
- Virtual exploration of the interior and exterior
- Online project showcase
- Technical review of the model and recommendations
Custom upgrades
- Additional visualisations, animations, video
- Connection of the model to unit data
- Sales platform for the developer
- Presentations for competitions and events
06
What the client provides
- An architectural model in an established format
- Details of materials and fittings
- The purpose of the presentation (developer, competition, sales)
- An agreement on ownership and use of the content
07
How we work together
Presentation to the developer
A design the developer experiences in a walkthrough rather than looking at on a board.
Competition
An interactive presentation as a complement to the conventional submission.
Transition to sales
The same model becomes the basis for the developer's sales platform, without remodelling.

Frequently asked questions
Which formats do you accept?
Most established formats (IFC, RVT, PLN, SKP, FBX, OBJ, glTF). We check suitability during the initial review.
Who owns the interactive presentation?
The project materials remain the property of the practice or the client; the terms of use for the 3D content we produce are defined in the contract.
Can a practice offer ARHIX to its own clients?
Yes. The collaboration can run directly with the developer or through the practice, as agreed.
