3D technology
Visualisation that doesn't stop at a picture.
Exterior and interior 3D renders, animations and promotional content, prepared so that the same model also produces interactive walkthroughs and apartment selection.
3D property visualisation means photorealistic images of the exterior and interior of a building that has not been built yet, produced from the architectural model. At ARHIX we prepare the model so that the same source also yields interactive walkthroughs and the building model, not just images.
01
A render for the advert, nothing for the decision
Conventional visualisations are made for adverts and brochures: a few selected views in perfect light. When the buyer calls, though, the questions are not about how beautiful the façade is, but about where the bedroom windows face, how big the balcony is and whether you can see the living room from the kitchen.
The developer pays for visualisations and then separately for 3D content for sales, often from different suppliers, from different models and with different results.
02
One model, many uses
ARHIX prepares the architectural model so that it yields static visualisations, animations and interactive content alike: the building model, 3D floor plans and free walkthroughs of the units. Visualisation is therefore not the end product but the first step towards a digital sales experience.
The result is a consistent look for the project across every channel, from a social media advert to the interactive viewing a buyer opens on their phone.
03
How is a 3D property visualisation produced?
- 01
Model and materials
From the drawings or 3D model we prepare clean geometry, materials and surroundings, aligned with the design documentation and the visual identity.
- 02
Views, lighting, furnishings
We define the views (street, aerial, interior), day and night lighting conditions and the furnishings of the typical units.
- 03
Export for every channel
Images for adverts, the website and brochures, plus the same model optimised for interactive content, without remodelling.
04
What we produce
Exterior visualisations
Façades, surroundings, day and night views, street-level and aerial perspectives.
Interior visualisations
Typical units with furnishings, materials and lighting, aligned with the project's sales positioning.
Animations and video
Fly-throughs of the building, transitions between rooms and short promotional content for adverts.
Preparation for interactivity
Optimisation of geometry and textures so that the same model works as a web-based 3D walkthrough.
Project visual identity
Alignment with the developer's or the project's colours, typography and tone.
Drone and site photography
Footage of the site and construction progress, included in visualisations and the buyer portal.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only produce static visualisations?
Yes, we do that too. But we always prepare the model so that it can later be used for interactive content without remodelling.
What documentation do you need?
An architectural model or drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations), material information and, if possible, photographs of the site.
Do the visualisations match the interactive viewing?
Yes. Because they come from the same model and materials, the buyer sees the same apartment in the 3D walkthrough as in the visualisation.
