3D technology

A floor plan every buyer understands.

Interactive 3D floor plans show the apartment spatially: with wall heights, furnishings and orientation. The buyer rotates the plan, clicks on rooms and steps from it into the 3D walkthrough.

In short

An interactive 3D floor plan is a spatial display of an apartment with wall heights and basic furnishings, which the buyer rotates and zooms in the browser, clicking on a room to see its floor area. From the floor plan, a single click takes them into a free-movement 3D walkthrough of the same unit.

01

A 2D floor plan is a technical document

Floor plans are made for architects and builders. A buyer sees lines, numbers and symbols, not a space. The questions "How big is this room?" and "Will a washing machine even fit in this bathroom?" come up at every viewing.

02

A floor plan in three dimensions, with interaction

ARHIX turns a 2D floor plan or 3D model into an interactive 3D floor plan: walls have height, rooms are fitted with basic furnishings for a sense of scale, and every room has its own name and floor area. The buyer rotates and zooms the plan, clicks on rooms and then, with a single click, steps into a free 3D walkthrough of the same unit.

The floor plans are visually consistent with the whole platform and the project's brand, and they work on every device.

03

How does a 2D floor plan become an interactive 3D floor plan?

  1. 01

    From drawing to 3D

From the 2D floor plan or 3D model we raise the walls, doors and windows and label the rooms with names and floor areas.

  2. 02

    Furnishings for scale

We add basic furnishings (beds, kitchen, bathroom) so the buyer gets a sense of size, styled to match the project by agreement.

  3. 03

    Interaction

The buyer rotates the plan, clicks on rooms and switches into the 3D walkthrough; the plan can also be exported for print.

Frequently asked questions

Is a 2D floor plan in PDF enough?

For a basic 3D floor plan, often yes. For full accuracy and the step into the 3D walkthrough, an architectural model is better.

Can we use the floor plans outside the platform?

Yes. We can embed the floor plans in your website or export them for print.

Floor plans that sell.

Send us the floor plans or model of your project. We will prepare a sample interactive floor plan for one unit.
